A BIT ABOUT ME
I am a user experience practitioner with experience working on multi-disciplinary projects across industries ranging from technology to retail to healthcare. I have functioned on product, business intelligence, and web teams, most recently focusing on B2B websites.
I have a passion for solving complex problems to improve experiences for users. I am particularly interested in information architecture, accessibility, and visual design. Going beyond creativity and strategy, I lean in to the research. My approach is to bridge the gap between user research and design thinking to challenge my designs with qualitative and quantitative insights, guiding decisions throughout project. Whether it is facilitating design thinking workshops or conducting contextual inquiry studies, I aim to empathize with users and stakeholders to make decisions built on a foundation of understanding and proven results.
Born and raised on the east cost, I studied graphic design and branding, earning my BFA at Longwood University in Virginia and later received my MA in digital strategy from the University of Florida. There, I discovered my passion for UX and have been building my skills in the field ever since.
When I'm not working, I am likely playing board games with friends, playing with clay, or spending time at the beach with my family. I am a (very) amateur baker and kombucha brewer so can also be found making a mess of my kitchen.
I love connecting with new people! Please feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn if you'd like to chat.
